The Northeast Orchestra grew from the love of classical music that led six members of the Fridley League of Women Voters in 1972 to meet together to play the instruments that they had laid aside years earlier.  

 

Since then, the orchestra has grown to about 70 players!  We enjoy the diversity of our musicians (both the young and the young at heart!) as we meet on Friday mornings, September through May, to rehearse symphonic music.  We perform four concerts per year on Sunday afternoons for our wonderful and ever-growing audience of friends and family!  Our rehearsals and performances are at the Church of Saint William, 6120 5th Street NE in Fridley, Minnesota.
